Getting found online is only half the job. Once someone lands on your website, they're asking three questions without saying them out loud:
1. Do you have what I need?
2. Can I trust you?
3. What do I do next?
If your website doesn't answer all three quickly, they'll leave and try the next business on the list.

1. Do you have what I need?
Content that answers real questions
Most websites describe what a business does. We write yours to answer what your customer actually wants to know, their specific problem, whether you can solve it, and why you're the right choice, so a visitor doesn't have to dig for the answer.
As an example, think of a plumber. Most plumbers sell a list of plumbing services. But do they fix repairs? Do they offer an emergency call out service? Do they replace appliances like broken dish washers? How long does it take for you to visit them, how do you quote etc. Imagine visiting 2 plumbing websites, one describes what they do, the other answers your questions. Which would you pick?

2. Can I trust you?
Building trust before they even call
People buy from businesses they trust. We make sure your value and reputation are obvious the moment someone lands on your site, through the way it's written, structured and presented, so a visitor believes you're the right choice before they've even spoken to you.

3. What do I do next?
A path to contact you that's impossible to miss
A beautiful website that doesn't make it obvious how to get in touch is a website that loses customers. We design every page so the next step, call, message, book or enquire, is always close at hand, never buried in a menu. In web lingo it's called a CTA (call to action). Now you know, look for it on every page, what should you do next?
Most website content is written from the business's point of view, what we offer, who we are, rather than the customer's, what I need, can I trust this business. Rewriting it around your customer's real questions is usually the single biggest change you can make without touching the design at all.
This service is about the content and how it guides a visitor towards contacting you. It's usually paired with a Website build, since the two work best together, but the approach is the same either way.
Great question! We're business advisors, not techie geeks, so our process is business first. We start with a conversation about your business, your customers, and what usually convinces someone to choose you over a competitor, then we research your market and identify the questions people actually ask, what they click on and why. That allows us to build the content around real answers, not guesswork.
We'll discuss this with you as it depends on your systems and business needs. It may be to [contact us] (leads to the contact page), [call us] (click to call), [book now] or one of many options. It may be different on each page, or it may be the same. As an example, one client, a Christchurch Hairdresser, is old school and only wants phone calls, no emails. His website makes this clear on every page with either a [Call Now] or [Call to make an appointment] button.
Either go to the [Contact] page and choose which way to contact us or,
