Pricing FAQs
Question 1: Can I pay in installments?
Yes. We understand that cash flow is tight at the moment so are happy to work with you to spread payments. Just talk to us about what works best for your business.
Question 2: Do I have to pay a deposit?
100% yes! We do all the research at the beginning of this process and, in some cases, it may take days. Time is something that once spent, we cannot get back and so we need to make sure we are paid for it. We have been burned in the past by a client who let us do all the hard work to research and design the sitemap and sales pathways, with our decades of expertise and then took everything we'd done to a cheap template designer.
Question 3: I don't want a maintenance package but can I add it later?
Of course. Live with the work we've done for a while and see if you really do maintain your website/blog/reviews/google profile etc yourself and whether or not it's worth letting us do it instead.
Question 4: I'm not sure if the automation and systems will work for my business. Can I try them out?
It takes a fair amount of work to set these systems up for each business so you have to commit to at least a 3 month trial. That said, we're sure you'll see the value in so much automation that it'll be hard to stop using it when it becomes part of your business.
